I am so glad to welcome you to the month of our father blessings, for us in RCCG RHEMA CHAPEL, the month of June is the month we have declared our month of MY FATHER's BLESSINGS, Come to think of it, your father either biological or spiritual has a significant role to pay in your life. The efficacy of your father's word carries enough power to prosper your life eternally.
The power of the words a father speaks over his children cannot be measured. His words are spoken blessings with powerful seeds of greatness which, when sown, will cultivate the incredible talents that lie within his children. The great patriarch Abraham demonstrated his faith by giving his children intentional direction for their lives. God’s covenant was secured because Abraham established the legacy of the promise to his children’s children. As you declare the blessings of God for your children, you can have confidence that He will watch over His Word to perform it.
The Body of Christ is missing out on something of great significance — The Father’s Blessing. Over the time, I’ve found very few people who have ever received a father’s blessing through their earthly fathers. The father’s blessing is rarely experienced in Christian circles, even though this blessing is strongly mandated in scripture. The absence of the blessing makes way for the curse to lay hold on us. In other words, the cause for curses in a person’s life may be due to the failure of a father to fulfill his responsibility to bless his child. The power of a blessing is supernatural; it is the presence and work of the Holy Spirit, producing joy, peace, prosperity, fruitfulness; and providing health, success and protection. To be blessed is to be in God’s favor and to have His face to shine upon you. Are you without a father to bless you? Perhaps your father is not a Christian, is deceased or has dropped out of your life. Or, he may not take the initiative to bless you. Do you yearn for a father’s blessing that you’ve never had? Do not despair. It is not too late!
